About the breed…

The characteristic features of Smooth Collies is high intelligence, alertness and activity level. The dog moves with dignity which emphasizes the beautiful line and body. It has a cheerful and friendly attitude; it’s neither nervous nor aggressive. The dog tolerates other animals well, is easy to teach obedience and practice dog sports, in particular any nosework activities. The breed is FCI classified as group 1 – sheepdogs.
